Our CHP Panthers are now and truly back to school! Our Panthers are moving forward to make sure they finish our school year strong!
This week we rejoin our CHP panthers for the beginning of 2nd semester. Our Senior panthers began their last semester in high school with a visit to the San Diego Superior Court to see our Justice System in action.
With their AVID & ELA teacher, Mr. Morris, our panthers has the opportunity to view several live cases and develop a better understanding of the court system!

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some exciting news about an upcoming event in our community that might be of interest to you. UCSD is organizing a health fair in City Heights through a non-profit, student-run organization dedicated to humanitarian causes.
Every year, they host this remarkable event that offers free healthcare screenings, educational awareness, and various other services provided by healthcare professionals. It's a fantastic opportunity to access important health resources and information without any cost involved.
I thought this might be something worth considering, as it aligns with our shared value of staying informed and taking care of our health. The fair is a wonderful initiative and attending could provide valuable insights into our well-being.
If you're available, joining this health fair could be an enriching experience. It's a chance to learn, connect with healthcare providers, and gain insights into maintaining good health.

At CHP we serve students in grades 6-8 and 9-12. Our middle school students make us proud with their great citizenship.
Students have many choices in their Science courses!
One of our front office staff member is Jessica Lopez. She works in the front office where she helps families with applications, makes calls homes if needed, and helps with all printing needs. She will help you with anything.
We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences, which will be held on October 26 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and on October 27 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. These conferences are a wonderful opportunity for us to discuss your child's academic progress and growth.
Please feel free to choose the date and time that works best for you. We understand the importance of flexibility, and we've scheduled these conferences to accommodate your busy schedules.

Our first day of Sewing club was a success. Teaching students how to manually sew and guiding them through the process of creating a pencil pouch is a wonderful way to introduce them to the world of sewing.
We hope our students continue to enjoy and excel in their sewing journey.
