We are currently looking to recruit interested families to join our School Site Council (SSC) and ELAC Committee. These committees play an important role in supporting our school by reviewing programs, giving feedback, and helping guide decisions that impact our students.
We would also love your input as we review and update our School Site Safety Plan. Your voice and perspective are important in helping us keep our campus safe and supportive for all students.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe and secure learning environment for all students and staff, we are implementing a new visitor check-in procedure here at City Heights Prep.
Effective immediately, all visitors will be required to check in using the iPad kiosks located at the front desk and present a valid photo ID (Driver’s License or State-Issued ID) for the following activities:
-Visiting or volunteering on any part of the campus during school hours
-Chaperoning on school trips
-Meeting with teachers or staff members
-Student Pick Up
This updated procedure is part of a broader, school-wide effort to enhance safety and security. We appreciate your partnership and understanding as we work through the transition together, and we kindly ask for your patience as parents, visitors, and staff adjust to this new system.
Please plan accordingly and remember to bring your photo ID with you anytime you need to be on campus during school hours. If you have any questions, please reach out to the school front office.
